Just try and put a label on The Curls and they’ll make a 180° turn in the opposite direction. What began as a minimalist psych-folk project has evolved into a full fledged sextet. This self-proclaimed “constantly evolving art rock entertainment content conglomerate” has some big business deals in the work.
Their latest bit of “content” is an upbeat and infectiously catchy little single from their upcoming debut full length. Sit back and grab a “Slice of Life” Curls style.
The song was recorded and mixed by Michael Mac at Pallet Sound, and mastered by Dave Vettraino at Public House Sound Recordings.
The Curls debut full length SUPER UNIT will be available physically released November 30 via Dark Circles Records at Emporium Arcade Bar, supported by Chicago underground heavy hitters Crown Larks, Malci and Woongi.
