The weather here in Chicago is a balmy 35 degrees, the sun is out, and to make the day even more enjoyable we have a surprise premiere from psychedelic surf-blues legends Crushed Out!
Crushed Out have been performing for over 6 years and have toured through 45 of these United States. In that time they’ve clocked in over 600 shows, released 4 albums via their label Cool Clear Water Records, booked their own national and international tours, and still found time to create their own music, art, and videos. They’ve opened for the likes of Joan Jett, Band of Skulls, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and many more.
If you still need more evidence of their amazing street cred, listen to “Big N Good”, a rippin’ 4-minutes of slide guitar, wah-wah solos, and some killer vocal harmonies. It’s got all the makings of a bonafide number one hit and is just a small taste of their upcoming full length!
The band’s 5th studio album Stay Wild Gator Child will be available March 17th 2018 via Indiana-based vinyl masters Romanus Records. The alchemists at Romanus have once again outdone themselves with this amazing assortment of pressings.
