“Stage Fright” opens on a familiar tone that we have grown to know and love with Chicago’s Pool Holograph: a near-contradiction of lush simplicity. The tune opens with enough ambience to score the memories it walks you through, yet the drums and bass lock in tight. It drives us into a rolling sea of crescendos, pushing Wyatt’s voice to the line of raw.
