Help Feeltrip Records open their first brick and mortar retail space and studio, No Requests.
Feeltrip Records was birthed as an underground music venue in 2011 and has since grown into a music label and multimedia collective. Now, the venue-turned-label plans to take the next step in their evolution by opening a storefront.
Of the brick and mortar store, Feeltrip says the following:
The shop is located at 3358 N Karlov Ave in the NW Chicago neighborhood of Avondale. We already feel at home in the area and are excited to share our vision with the neighborhood once we open! We are stoked to be among a group of creatives in the area, including: Smashed Plastic Record Pressing, where we plan to send future Feeltrip records to be pressed; Sleeping Village, a new venue booking a wide range of artists; and Workshop 4200, a space for creators of all disciplines.
2019 marks our 5 year anniversary and a major milestone in our progress and evolution as a couple and business. With your help, we will be able to open “NO REQUESTS” (FT-58), a venture that seeks to provide an outlet for artists like (& not so like) us.
