MWA Video Premiere: “Mess Of Things” by Hemmingbirds

From stopping by for a friendly chat to dropping off their latest single to be premiered, we’ve had Chicago’s Hemmingbirds in our neck of the woods a few times over the last few weeks. They’re just such good company that we can’t resist inviting them back, and this week they’ve brought with them the brand new music video for “Mess Of Things”.

There isn’t much to say about the catchy uptempo pop rock track that we didn’t say a few weeks back, but the visuals provided by director Daniel J Clark and writers/stars Megan Green, Joe Kwaczala, Joe McAdam and Chris Stephens add a perfect layer of dark fun to the mix. Just in time for Halloween, this video will finally make you think about that question that you’ve been avoiding for years: “Do living skeletons make for bad boyfriends?” Let’s find out together.

Keep an eye on Hemmingbirds’ social media channels for more updates on the release of Half A Second.
