We here at MWA firmly believe that Autumn in the Midwest has its own unique soundtrack. That’s why we have decided to present a different song everyday for the next few months that has that Midwestern “Fall Sound” we all love and embrace.
“Can’t Stay Away From You” by Radiobirddog has that let’s take a walk in the park feel that so famously goes along with fall.
Autumn sometimes has that effect of wanting to bring those close to us even closer. Jeremy David Miller and his wife Bekah Miller in this song and (from what I can tell) in their lives together, capture that closeness. I’d like to add that closeness goes hand in hand with park walking, especially in the Fall. The folky ramble and melody the two sing together reminds me of both.
